Warming and Easing Balm has been designed as a natural warming medium for both spot work and for personal use where the warming of an area is required. It assists in creating a warming sensation in the area to which it is applied. Active ingredients Arnica, Camphor, Black Pepper, Cajuput, Ginger and Capsicum.

Many therapists use the Warming and Easing Balm to add to the Massage Wax when they need an extra warmth in the product they are using during bodywork – and it can very easily be blended in at this point. In some instances it can be used to massage into particular muscles by itself to create maximum heating. Always use a test patch first in this instance.

It is used best when well rubbed into the muscle. The warming sensation will be reduced on bony areas and connective tissue. The effect is felt over time, so using it before a shower or before bed is not recommended.

Cautions

Use with caution around the eyes and on soft body tissue. It is not intended as an all-over massage wax, but use for spot work or for extra warming of body areas. A little can be mixed in with massage wax to increase the warmth. Do not use before a hot shower or before bed.
